If you've ordered from us and you are expecting a delivery soon, or it's been delayed, please send us a message so we can look into it for you.

If possible, please include your Order Number and Tracking Number so we can follow it up as soon as possible.


Guidelines

  • We ship the same or next day.
     
  • Generally, our deliveries take 48 hours to all major Australian cities. 
     
  • It takes slightly longer if you're in a rural area, or if you're having a product delivered to a P.O. Box.
     
  • Orders to New Zealand are sometimes subject to a slight delay at Customs.

  • We ship Monday - Friday, so if you place an order late on Friday afternoon, or over the weekend, it won't go out until the following Monday.


Tracking

You will receive a Tracking Number from our Shipping company as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Your Tracking number will link to a webpage, where you can see where your parcel is in the delivery network.
